Run It on CyVerse¶
You can run dplR and dplPy in a web browser without installing R or Python. CyVerse is research cyberinfrastructure funded by the US National Science Foundation. It hosts RStudio and Jupyter environments that you start from its Discovery Environment.
To crossdate or detrend in a browser, the apps are simpler and need no account.
Launch¶
Create a free CyVerse account, then start one of these in the Discovery Environment:
| Launch | What you get | Built on |
|---|---|---|
| RStudio, for dplR | Rocker Project | |
| Jupyter, for dplPy | Project Jupyter |
